Private Pilot
The basic requirements include:
Must be 16 years old.
Minimum of 10 hours of flighttime
Minimum of 6 Instruction flights of at least 30 minutes duration
One flight to 2000 ft. AGL
One solo flight
Written FAA exam (if you have no previous pilot certificates.)
Flight Test with an FAA examiner or examiner designee.
No medical is required.
Commercial Pilot
Must be 18 years old.
Minimum of 35 flight hours, 20 of which must be in a balloon.
10 additional hours of commercial flight instruction.
One flight to 5000 ft. AGL
Total of two solo flights.
Written FAA exam (if you do not have a commercial pilot certificate in any other category.)
Flight Test with an FAA examiner or examiner designee

Student Certificate
Must be 14 years old.
